Letter to Nasir al-Din Shah, 1864 or 1865
The writer reports on attendance in the ceremony celebrating the Shah's birthday, the well-being of princesses and people of the harem, and services by gatekeepers and other servants. He mentions informing Mahd-i ‘Ulya about completing construction in Niyavaran and her decision about returning after the tenth for a lucky arrival time. The writer has also prepared for bringing other members of the harem. He adds that upon the addressee's request they have received part of Fakhr al-Muluk’s stipend from Mu‘ayyir al-Mamalik.

Ghulam Husayn Khan Sardar Mujallal, son of Haj Sulayman Khan Bihjat al-Dawlah, has transferred his properties near Kirman and Bam to Mirza Husayn Khan Sardar Nusrat, son of Murtaza Quli Khan Vakil al-Mulk, in exchange for some crystal candy. The condition is that Mirza Husayn Khan endows these properties after Ghulam Husayn Khan’s death. Nine hundred and thirty tumans is the annual budget to cover the costs of hiring people for reading the Qurʼan and rawzah, repairs, cleaning the tomb in Najaf, and expenses of coffee, sugar cubes, tobacco, charcoal, water pipes, and lamps. Letters from Sadiqah Dawlatabadi to her half-sisters, Fakhr Taj and Qamar Taj Dawlatabadi, the daughters of Haj Mirza Hadi Dawlatabadi and his second wife, Munis Aqa. The collection, spanning from 1923 to 1961, includes letters sent during her time in Europe, letters sent back in Iran, and letters sent during Qamar Taj's stay in London. The subjects include a reception for the Ambassador of Afghanistan, a party hosted by the Alliance School, and the Congress of the International Alliance of Women in Paris.
